The FTC has recently introduced a proposal to expand endorsement fraud regulations to include blogs and Mommybloggers. Does knowing that a blogger is writing reviews to earn a commission irk you? Or is it only a problem when she tries to hide it? Do you feel that she should fess up, or just cut it out entirely?
Update: New Hope For Handmade Industry in Lead Law Exceptions
In an update to concerns over the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, the CPSC is considering exemptions that will hopefully rescue the US handmade industry from certain doom.
